As for the new maps - copy to an SD card of a suitable size and insert it in the slot. Rneg firmware install firmware and u will have it on english.firmware is on english.your radio is also dead,u need to load firmware.u only need to do it 2.21 and nothing else,cause with that one u can install maps and everything will work perfect.if u want newer firmware u can continue update but u will not get much with that.All units RT6 (rneg2) have in menu change language options or in instrument cluster.
